The client had a space under the house. We partially excavated more of this area and created a room of around 100m2. This consists of a Lounge TV area, Bedroom, Bathroom, Gym, Steam Room, games area

In this project, we removed a confusing area that consisted of a walled Pantry and a walled Utility room which left a small Kitchen with a tiny half-glazed back door
We removed the entire Kitchen, and all the walls to make one large space and installed the new modern Kitchen. We also opened the entire back wall and installed a Bi-Folding door system
We added hidden LED lights to reveals in the new ceiling with additional cabinet lighting and lighting over the island

Remove old tired, tiled floor and metal handrails and replace the stair treads with marble stone and glass balustrades. Finished with a centre-hanging Chandelier
